01 / THE DOORWAY TEST
Notice the move toward the door.
During an ordinary shift, rush or event, notice whether people move to a doorway, window or outside area to complete a call, send a message or load mobile data. Note the place, time and recurring pattern. This is not a diagnosis.
02 / STAFF SIGNAL CHECKLIST
Capture the pattern.
- Where: entry, customer spaces, offices, stock rooms or another area.
- What: calls break up, texts delay or mobile data is unavailable.
- When: regularly, at busy times or only occasionally.
- Who: staff, guests, vendors or several groups.
- Next contact: the person who can authorize a closer review.
Do not include Wi-Fi credentials, network passwords or detailed security information.

A preliminary review organizes reported mobile-service experiences, general location context, available information and a path to the right decision-maker. It may point to a closer technical review or missing information. It does not select a carrier, approve installation or promise coverage.
